Q. Why should I rent Baby Equipment when I can bring it with me?

 

You can be required to pay excess baggage charges per item with some airlines.

You may have to pay for two taxis or a larger one to fit in all your baggage.

You may have to replace your baby items upon arrival as any damage to them may not be covered by the airline.

You have to lug your bags and baby items from home to the airport, to your vacation accommodation, back to the airport and then again at your airport in your home town - All this while dealing with a little one(s) and the departure and arrival procedures.

You have to shop in an unfamiliar place for replacement items right after your arrival.

Q. Do you charge for delivery and pickup?

 

A. We reserve the right to evaluate the costs for delivery and pickup of our rental items at the time of the request for quote.

 

 

Q. How can I pay for my rental?

 

A. You can pay for your rental by cash on delivery. 

 

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

 

A. For cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery will not be charged any amount. For cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery will be charged 50% of the total order.  For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will be deducted the total amount of the order.

 

 

Q. What is your refund policy?

 

A. Refunds for early termination of rentals will be prorated 50% of the remaining unused rental term, minus the delivery fee and actual term used. If at any point you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the problem.
